By facilitating targeted investments, the New Orleans Partnership expects to impact the economic vitality, quality of life and marketability of the New Orleans area by:

• Reducing the number of "blighted" and/or vacant homes and lots
• Increasing the number of owner-occupied units
• Increasing the median home values
• Making more capital available for area business interests and entrepreneurs
• Increasing job opportunities for area residents
• Increasing the number and size of area businesses
