Vision: Infuse private equity and government co-investment into disadvantaged communities within the Greater New Orleans area.

Strategy: Foster economic development from the community level up --neighborhood by neighborhood, small business by small business.

Goal: Make a measurable impact on the economic vitality of the communities within a defined target area, as well as on the lives of the citizens who reside within those communities, by improving both the housing and business opportunities in the distressed area.
